In 2005, the First Lutheran Church and School adopted a document we call our Strategic Ministry Plan. This remarkable document was the result of the gathering as the Body of Christ and prayerfully asking God to reveal His purpose (mission), boundaries (values), direction (vision), and first destination (goals) for our congregation.
