Held annually on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, FLC members gather to work on a variety of projects and service activities. Volunteers prepared Christmas cards for our member shut-ins, members of 70 years old, and area veterans. Funds are also raised for specially designated projects. Other activities included Christmas decorating, quilting, deep cleaning of the choir loft and Sanctuary pews, Bible Study, set-up outdoor Nativity Scene, undies and sock collection for Orphan Grain Train, reading with FLS students, and ringing the bells for the Salvation Army Red Kettle. In 2023, Giving Tuesday falls on November 28th. Stay tuned for participation details!
