Dear Friends in Christ,

Lamentations 3:22-26   (NIV)

22 Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
24 I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;
therefore I will wait for him.”

25 The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him,
to the one who seeks him;
26 it is good to wait quietly
for the salvation of the Lord.

 

We continue to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord to put an end to the Coronavirus pandemic, but even more, as Christians our sure and certain hope is that we will one day be with our Lord, all of our loved ones in the faith, and all believers in Christ from every time and place in the paradise God has prepared for us!

Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, now or ever. His compassions never fail. Great is His faithfulness!

God’s blessings and peace be with you as we continue to journey together (from a safe social-distance!) during this relatively brief uncertain time until that day when we are able to meet together to worship our God as His people!
